Delivery Information for Items Purchased through www.abelmagnets.com
All items sold through the SHOP exclude delivery. Delivery charges will be added when you checkout. Delivery charges are based on the weight of the consignment and are for deliveries within the UK mainland only and will usually be made either by post or third party courier companies. For deliveries to all other parts of the world we will contact you by email to advise the cost of shipment to your required address prior to organising the shipment.
We aim to deliver all goods sold through the SHOP within seven days. If delivery within this time is not available on a particular item you will be informed, and with your agreement an alternative time for delivery will be arranged. If agreement cannot be reached a full refund will be given.
**All Guaranteed Delivery upgrades such as 24hr, Saturday Delivery, AM Delivery etc. apply to orders placed prior to 2.30pm the day before the required delivery date. For orders placed after 2.30pm the purchased upgrade will ensure that the order is dispatched the next WORKING day. If a Saturday delivery upgrade is purchased after 2.30pm on a Friday, you will be contacted prior to goods being dispatched to see if you wish to use another upgrade service.
For orders placed after 2.30pm with a purchased Delivery upgrade we will always try to dispatch on that day for delivery the following day or Saturday, but delivery the following working day (or Saturday if paid for) cannot be guaranteed. The reason for this is that our Carriers arrive here at the Factory between 2.30pm & 3.30pm everyday.
Delivery time and costs relating to TRADE orders will be agreed before the Company accepts to fulfil any order placed, and will be confirmed in writing to the Company on an official order form.
Any delivery dates given by the Company (whether before or after acceptance of order) are given in good faith and in the expectation that the Company will be able to fulfil them. Time is not considered to be of the essence of the contract and no liability is accepted by the Company for any loss, damage or expense suffered by the customer or any third party arising from failure by the Company to deliver on any specified date, time or to any place.
